Do not abort removing files on first error. Collect errors and try to
remove as many as possible. This would cause some state files to not be
removed on windows.
* Renaming GUI, CLI, no-impact config.
* License header and documentation rebranding.
* Rename app title and vendor. Impact: manual install
* Migrating mac keychain and launch on startup.
* Fix linter and linter renaming
