Richard Levitte 15a1bd0ab2 Disable the EGD seeding meachanism when stdio is disabled
crypto/rand/rand_egd.c makes extensive use of stdio functions.  When
they are disabled, it makes sense to disable egd as well.

 The OpenSSL Project is a collaborative effort to develop a robust,

    - Any "Configure" options that you selected during compilation of the
      library if applicable (see INSTALL)
    - OS Name, Version, Hardware platform

    - Problem Description (steps that will reproduce the problem, if known)
    - Stack Traceback (if the application dumps core)
