In the case where we don't have a user account on the saucelabs.com side for the heroku user's email it'd be best to auto-create a user with the heroku user's email.

Once the user has been created we should have the username and the access key ready, which we should then write to ondemand.yml in the $PWD and append that file to the .gitignore

Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
