Configure the kubernetes terraform provider so it will properly use .kube/config
...
Right now, this means that the first run of Terraform will fail, meaning the
provisioning for a new environment must follow:
* make deploy
* make .kube/config
* make deploy
* make deploy-k8s
Before all the resources are properly provisioned
