profanity: Sync PLIST with current reality (at least on NetBSD)
On NetBSD neither include/profapi.h and lib/libprofanity.la are not installed. If that fails on other platforms please let me know (probably passing `--disable-plugins' and/or `--disable-c-plugins' via CONFIGURE_ARGS will do the trick, or alternatively inspect possible tool dependencies (e.g. libtool) and enabling them unconditionally). Discussed with Jonathan Schleifer via #pkgsrc.
