Copy ppp.conf from ${PREFIX}/share/examples/${PKGBASE} to

|
${PKG_SYSCONFDIR}/ppp and modify these to suit to your needs :
|
|
|
|
. vpi / vci
|
|
. login / password
|
|
. vid2 / pid2
|
|
|
|
You will find your modem's vid1, pid1, vid2 and pid2 here :
|
|
|
|
${PREFIX}/share/${PKGBASE}/modems.db
|
|
|
|
Upload the firmware to your modem using the command :
|
|
|
|
${PREFIX}/sbin/eci-load1 <vid1> <pid1> <vid2> <pid2> \
|
|
${PREFIX}/share/${PKGBASE}/firmware00.bin
|
|
|
|
Then call the synchronisation device using the command :
|
|
|
|
${PREFIX}/sbin/eci-load2 <vid2> <pid2> \
|
|
${PREFIX}/share/${PKGBASE}/synch01.bin
|
|
|
|
And finally launch your PPP connexion via :
|
|
|
|
${PREFIX}/sbin/ppp -background adsl
|
|
|
|
