Uses DEFTAPE from Linux /usr/include/sys/mtio.h
Won't build under NetBSD (and I didn't try troubleshooting).
This needs to CONFLICT with pax (but wouldn't do any good,
since currently pkgtools/pax doesn't get registered)
or install as opax.
