The uschedule package contains a number of tools to manage the scheduling of

jobs securely. The uscheduled daemon is run by a supervisor, such as
|
|
"supervise" in the "daemontools" package or "runsv" in the "runit" package.
|
|
|
|
uschedule is neither "cron" nor "at" - although it does offer similar
|
|
functionality it is not intended to be a drop-in replacement.
|
|
It works differently and is designed to be different.
