This aligns with the upstream (Watchexec). This is at the occasion of
rewriting the entire application to use Watchexec 2.0, thus all the
code is code I have written.

Félix Saparelli b5a4345eb2 Disable -N / desktop notifications on FreeBSD for now 
May be needed on possibly other BSDs as well. To fix it, upstream
rust-notify needs to update to zbus 2.0, when that lands.
